Q: How do I get notified about a potential theft of my identity?
A: You'll be notified by an alert that is sent to the phone numbers and email that you provided during the registration process.
Q: How do I pay for my subscription?
A: The payment is made automatically by a charge to the card you authorized during the registration process. If we are unable to process the charge, your subscription will be terminated.
Q: How do I renew my subscription?
A: You will be able to visit our website to renew your subscriptions, or you can renew your subscription by phone. We do not automatically renew subscriptions.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: If you are not satisifed with your subscription, you may cancel at any time during the first 30 days of the subscription. To cancel, you must call our support desk at 1-800-684-0369.
Q: How does the insurance policy work?
A: The policy is a group master policy issued by American International Group (AIG). You receive reasonable and necessary costs incurred by you as a result of a stolen identity. The policy also covers actual lost wages (up to $500 per week for 4 weeks), legal defense fees, and identity theft restoration services. If you wish to view a complete copy of the policy, please call customer service at 1-800-580-9774.
Q: How much is the insurance deductible?
A: There is no deductible.
