growth in retail market -- reinforces
Detto's position as leader in consumer
marketplace
BELLEVUE,
WA (Business Wire) Dec. 14, 2004 - Detto
Technologies (OTCBB:DTTO), already the
leading provider of consumer migration
software, selling through Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEMs) including Apple,
Dell, HP/Compaq and Gateway, has gained
almost a 40% market share of the retail
migration sector, after only four months,
according to numbers released for October,
2004 by the NPD Group (an independent
market research company.)
Detto's
retail partner, Nova Development, launched
Detto's PC migration suite, Transfer Your
PC Deluxe, into the retail market in July,
and has been quickly gaining market share.

PC migration software. With this significant
gain in the retail channel combined with
its dominance of the OEM market, Detto
Technologies has increased its leadership
position in the consumer migration marketplace.
